A visual for a proposed mural about the influence of art in our culture. A giant art
baby dressed in art from California museums - sort of a glorified version of paper dolls.
The setting a desert pool landscape.

Some of the ideas I've thought about as I did the painting:

- We are born into the world clothed in the cultures of those that came before.

- Nature is observed differently by different artists (the three birds - stone - gold - paint.)

- Nature influences artists and their art.

- Babies are powerful, by their pure delight in life, their innocence is our teacher.

- An artist must maintain his childlike curiosity in order to do his work.
